Once completed, the new campus on Augustusplatz will form the focal centre of the University. We would like to thank our Anniversary Patrons for funding lecture theatres or seminar rooms in our complex in Leipzig city centre. This aid is proof of our Patrons’ close bonds with Universität Leipzig – which will continue to hold long after this anniversary year is over.

Seit ihrer Gründung vor 50 Jahren hat die Wohnungsgenossenschaft UNITAS eG eine besondere Beziehung zur Universität Leipzig. Im Jubiläumsjahr zeigen sich diese engen Bande in der Übernahme einer Raumpatenschaft am neuen Zentralcampus.
